- 3 Nights hotel accommodation in Makkah.

Package Excludes:
- Food not included with package price, but available at hotel or restaurant (approx. SR10/per meal). Food Menu: Chicken / Fish, Vegetable / Vorta / Shak, Dall, Plain Rice.
- If any Umrah hajee performed umrah within last 2 (two) years. He/she should be paid extra SR 2000 (BDT. 46,000) as per rules of Saudi Ministry & it will be imposed the following package.

Remarks:
General:
- Package price applicable for TRAVEL WITH GROUP only.
- Package rate based on Single, double, triple & quad occupancy basis, quint (5 persons in a room) occupancy is also available (depends on hotel policy).
- We have given 5% discount on all of our published packages, but no discount will be given to the EMI beneficiaries.
- All services depend on subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Any changes can occur without prior notice
- Visa processing is subject to Ministry of Foreign Affairs approval (MOFA).
- No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.
Vehicle Status:
- Vehicle Waiting Time Period: for private transportations 120 Minutes at Haj Terminal and 15 Minutes at hotel.
- Transportation timings / vehicle types can’t be changed unless informed before 24 Hrs, additional charges may apply. All guests must maintain time that mentioned in voucher.
Hotel Policies:
- As per Saudi Arabian Hotel policy standard “Check-In” time is 04:00 PM and “Check-Out” time is 12:00 PM. obokash.com is not responsible for early check-in and late check-out.
Moyallem Activities:
- Moyallem will be available only at the time of performing UMRAH but at the time of ziyarah, driver cum guide.
- Our assigned Moyallem will be available two times in a day (either after SALAT AL-FAJR or ISHA)
- Moyallem is not liable to carry luggage to/from hotel.
Flight Schedule:
- For any kind of natural issues for example: if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of departure then hotel booking will not change as per nonrefundable policy and if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of return then extra hotel accommodation charge will be added.
- For any kind of natural issues like if flight delay or missing luggage by airlines then obokash.com will not responsible for that.
- Extra luggage other than mentioned on ticket would be paid by the pilgrim..
